Believe Midwifery Services, LLC is founded on faith that every child is a blessing from our Lord and that every woman was perfectly created for pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation. In faith of our creator and with support from man's research, we believe birth in the home is the safest and most natural place for healthy families to welcome their child. Likewise, breastfeeding was perfectly designed for His children and is the only method of complete nutrition and whole health through weaning.

Believe Midwifery Services, LLC further acknowledges that although the Lord's design for us was perfect, our fallen nature is not. Birth is only as safe as life gets. Therefore, the midwifery team works diligently to keep our knowledge and skill current through continued professional education, maintaining a secure healthcare network, and holding high standards for both professional ethics and personal integrity. 

The Nurse Midwifery team of Believe Midwifery Services offers an integrative approach to practice - one that is based on the scientific principles of Western medicine and incorporates not only the client's own beliefs and customs but also ancient healthcare practices and remedies still new to Western medicine.

Likewise, each family will practice healthy living, continue growing their knowledge base, make all necessary preparations for their birth and communicate openly with their midwife. Preparations include regular attendance and participation at prenatal and postpartum appointments, gathering necessary items for your homebirth, respecting any agreed upon management of care, and respecting the financial agreement.

Finally, Believe Midwifery Services, LLC strives to create cultural change concerning maternal and child health, so that all mankind will recognize the created purpose for woman throughout childbearing and mothering. It is our heart's desire to remain sensitive to His direction, follow His guidance, and in all things bring glory to His name.

The logo for Believe Midwifery Services, LLC was a gift from the Lord. I was asked to give three words to describe my practice and then received this logo with the explanation:  "While creating your logo I felt inspired by the Lord. As you can see, mom embracing her child represents motherhood.  However, more importantly, her gaze above represents her desire for guidance from the Lord.  The flames at the bottom of her dress represent the Holy Spirit and the sun behind her represent Christ, the Lord's son." I then knew, my practice was entirely within His will and completely in His perfect hands.
